POLICY

Booking

In order to book an appointment with Braidstorms , you must visit the "BOOK AND APPOINTMENT “ page and choose from our list of services. A deposit will be required in order to approve your appointment request. You must be at least 05 years of age in order to be serviced, unless you are an existing client. Braidstorms has the right to refuse service or admittance to anyone, for any reason.

New Clients

All clients are welcome. Please read the policy page in its entirety.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits are required before booking . Deposit amounts may vary depending upon the service being requested, but will go towards your balance on your appointment day. If a deposit is not received, you, the customer, do not have an appointment with Braidstorms . If, for any reason, an error is made on behalf of Braidstorms , an exact refund will be sent the way it was received.

Payments

For services , Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay are accepted, or you may request to have an invoice sent to you. Remember - deposits are non-refundable ( this deposit will not be returned to you after it has been received, for any reason ) and non-transferable, but you can always reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance if you can't make it. Final balances can be paid in cash, through Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App. Cards are being accepted but you will have to pay a sales tax on it. Tips are accepted in any form of payment.

Communication

All communication regarding appointments will occur through text/phone  at (5714126977). Email marketing will be communicated through info@braidstorms.com, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram DMs. The fastest way to get in touch with us will be through phone calls, or text messages. Please allow some time for your text to be answered, as we are working at the same time.

Confirmations

Once your appointment is approved and your deposit has been received, you will be sent an email and text confirming your appointment. The email will include your appointment date, time, style, and physical address of Braidstorms.

Hair Prep

Your natural hair must be washed and blown out; no products may be used except for leave-in conditioner and hair oil  NO (mousse, edge control, etc.) we will have to rewash your hair ($25) if it contains any of those product

Appointment

No more than one guest is allowed at your appointment at any time; this includes relatives, spouses, kids, etc. No extra guests are allowed.

You may not leave your appointment and come back only in case of emergency.

Working on your job is approved (equipment, sound, meetings, etc.), but please be considerate of other people in the shop.

If you cannot follow the rules and abide by the policy, you will be dismissed and your deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation

Braidstorms has the right to cancel your appointment in an emergency condition, just as you can cancel your appointment in an emergency situation, all with 24 hours prior notice. If we happen to cancel your appointment, which most of the time does not happen, we will refund your deposit in the same way it was received. Due to any circumstance, the client's deposit will be refunded in the manner in which it was received.

If you must cancel your appointment, your initial deposit will not be refunded, and you will have to pay another deposit before booking again. If you cancel within 48 hours, your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel within 24 hours, your deposit will not be refunded, and half of your balance must be deposited (through Zelle or Apple Pay) at the time of booking. If you must reschedule on multiple occasions, you will have to pay your entire balance before you can be serviced.

Covid-19

If you are experiencing any symptoms or have been in close contact with the virus within 14 days, please cancel your appointment. If at any time any member of the Braidstorms staff feels at risk, you, the client, will be asked to leave the premises, immediately. If you have contracted the virus, please forward all correspondence to Braidstorms in order to reschedule your appointment, and/or possibly, be issued a refund.

Complication

If a problem were to arise at any time before, during, or after your appointment, please send an email concerning this complication to Braidstorms at info@braidstorms.com. We, at Braidstorms , value each (potential) client and your happiness is our satisfaction. Any issues that arise or to be followed up with after clients services have to be addressed within 72 hours after being serviced 

Privacy

At Braidstorms , we collect information from you when you sign up to request an appointment, and/or shop our products. Any data that we do not request will be specified as voluntary, or optional. When booking or registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, telephone number, address, and/or credit card information, etc. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third-parties.

Late/No Show

All clients are given a 15 minute grace period. If you are not present within that time, your appointment will be cancelled. Another deposit must be sent in order to reschedule. If you are a no-call or no-show, you will not be able to book again in the future. NO exceptions.
